Steve Lufburrow brings more than 45 years of CEO and C-suite leadership experience to his work with executives, boards of directors, and leadership teams.

As the retired President & CEO of Goodwill Industries of Houston, Steve guided significant organizational growth and change, while maintaining a focus on mission, financial strength, and people. During his tenure, Goodwill Houston grew from approximately $8 million to $200 million in annual scale and became debt-free.

Beyond his executive leadership, Steve has served on 20+ nonprofit and corporate boards outside his own organizations. His perspective is grounded in firsthand experience with governance, strategic oversight, CEO support, and organizational sustainability.

Today, he helps seasoned executives strengthen their judgment and perspective, and emerging leaders prepare for greater responsibility.
